Did you know that you can sign up for getting all kinds of informative e-mail from the City of New Orleans?
Just go to this link Ready.Nola.gov and enter an email address you would like to use. It will ask you to confirm that address, add a password, and accept the privacy policy. You will then be taken to a page where you can numerous choices about the e-mail notification you would like to receive from the City.

NOLA 311 customer service agents are available to assist residents with issues Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for the following:

Trash/Recycling
Abandoned Vehicles
Grass/Tree Service/Park Maintenance
Street Lights/Signs/Signals
